Allison is family with Tyler, whom I photographed a year ago for his senior photos! He is a graduate from Emerald Ride HS. So that is how we got connected with Allison and Alec for their wedding, and what a lovely referral Tyler’s mom sent us.
These two are casual, easy going and just fun to be around! Loved their engagement time that I had with them. If that time went well I can only assume that the wedding would be that much better!
Surprisingly enough, on May 5, 2012 the sun came out and there was no rain. Nada! It was fantastic! WA weather was on our side for their wedding day. Alec’s dad is a pastor at Trinity, the church off I-5 near the Tacoma Mall where the big sign says “Jesus Cares About You.” The ceremony was held there, after that all the guests and wedding party drove to The Kelley Farm in Bonney Lake where their awesome reception was at! Let me tell you these two know how to party, their guests danced f-o-r-e-v-e-r
which in my opinion is the way to do it! So glad we got to capture their big day! So glad we got to meet such great people! Jon and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselvesCheers!
